CHATPATA FRUIT RAITHA...











RECIPE:

Ingr:

Thick curds                            2 cups
Pear cut into fine cubes       1/4 cup
Pomegranate seeds             1/4 cup
Raitha boondi                        1/4 cup
Black salt                               1 tsp
Cumin pd                               1 tsp
Chaat masala                         1 tsp
Pepper pd                               1/2 tsp 
Coriander leaves                   1 sprig

Method:


  1. Beat the curds and mix with all spices and salt. 
  2. Check for taste and adjust accordingly.
  3. Add the fruits and mix well. Keep aside.
  4. Just before serving, add raitha boondi .
  5. Serve sprinkled with coriander leaves.


Note: Fruit can be of choice.
